Wendy Heyman is a trained fitness professional and personal trainer.  Health, fitness and nutrition have always been a big part of her life.  Wendy is passionate about helping people transform their lives through health and fitness.  One of her primary goals is to inspire you to learn about the necessary tools you’ll need to make a permanent and positive lifestyle change.  Wendy believes there is no limit to what a person can achieve with the right amount of coaching and encouragement.

Wendy is a graduate of New York Institute of Technology and holds a personal training certification with the Personal Training Institute of America.  She is currently studying to become a certified strength and conditioning specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

Wendy’s instruction is geared towards strengthening muscle, improving cardiovascular endurance and developing proper posture and balance. Whether you are looking to lose weight, increase muscle tone or condition your body, Wendy can help.

Wendy’s passion is contagious.  She maintains her balance and healthy lifestyle with her family as a wife and mother of 2 active boys.  Wendy finds great satisfaction in helping her clients not only improve their fitness levels but also gain self confidence as they feel better inside and out!
