Classes Available:

Our Classes have been modified due to the Pandemic.  These are the classes we are currently offering. As you will notice we have 4 of our classes still on Zoom and the others are in person.

On Zoom- 20/20/20: This class is broken into 3  20 minute segments to work strength, cardio and flexibility.  It’s just enough of each in just the right amount to let you know you’ve done something good for your whole body.

On Zoom-Zumba: This popular class is a Latin inspired dance exercise class, based on international rhythms. Or, in other words fun, fun, fun!

On Zoom-Cardio X Train: Whether it’s Tabata, HIIT or continuous cardio add-ons you will be sure to sweat and burn calories while having a great time.

On Zoom- Body Fusion: This is a combination class of strengthening and flexibility for the entire body using a mat and optional hand held weights for many of the exercises though they are not required.

Body Blast: Though not aerobic, you may moan or even groan but you will definitely shape and tone your muscles in this body blasting class using body weight, hand held weights, bands, tubing, stability balls, medicine balls, bosu‘s and sometimes the step. This class will increase strength, improve posture and promote muscle balance. Give it a try!

Flex Fusion:  Lengthen, strengthen, extend and bend. A blend of yoga, Tai Chi and athletic stretches to enhance strength, flexibility, posture and balance while reducing stress.

Senior Stretch:  Range of motion and flexibility are the main focus of this class.  We also use a chair for stability purposes as well as to enhance our exercises.

Combo Class: 60 minutes of building, burning and stretching! We begin with an overall warm up and then head into our circuit format set up in stations throughout the gym so that everyone can stay comfortably apart. We finish with a cool down and stretch and you are good to go!

$99.00 Senior class rate per (every 2 month) period for non-members
$59.00 Senior class rate per (every 2 month) period for basic membership members only $6.00 per class for all basic membership members

Personal Training*
$60.00 per session /Personal training (one on one) or Package of 20 sessions: $1000.00
$40.00 per person per session /Partner training (two people) or Package of 20 sessions $650.00 each.
$30.00 per person per session/Small group training (3 people)
$25.00 per person per session/Small group training (4/5 people)

*Note: Training clients who train at least two sessions per week with a trainer or one session per week with a trainer and are involved in classes as well, will receive Basic Membership Status in addition, for an extra $100.00, training clients can also receive 24 hour access privileges.

Family rates are ½ off the Select or Basic 12 month programs for any additional member.
