Classes Available:

Zumba:  We will doing Zumba, which is a Latin inspired dance class, based on international rhythms.  If you like to dance this is lots of fun!

Body Blast: Though not aerobic, you may moan or even groan but you will definitely shape and tone your muscles in this body blasting class using body weight, hand held weights, bands, tubing, stability balls, medicine balls, Bosu‘s and sometimes the step. This class will increase strength, improve posture and promote muscle balance. Give it a try!

Flex Fusion:  Lengthen, strengthen, extend and bend. A blend of yoga, Tai Chi and athletic stretches to enhance strength, flexibility, posture and balance while reducing stress.

Senior Stretch:  Range of motion and flexibility are the main focus of this class.  We also use a chair for stability purposes along with light hand held weights to enhance our exercises.

Combo Class: We begin with an overall warm up and then head into our circuit format set up in stations throughout the gym so that everyone can stay comfortably apart. We finish with a cool down and stretch and you are good to go!

Cardio X-Train: HIIT, Tabata, continuous cardio and many more styles of cardio exercise are incorporated in this class.  For sure, you will sweat!!

Free Style Friday: This class will be a surprise every week, as you never know what format it will be until you get here!

Senior Classes only Memberships include*

Personal Training*
$60.00 per session per person for Personal or Partner training (one on one or two on one)  Package of 20 sessions: $1000.00 per person.
$30.00 per person per session/Small group training (3 people)
$25.00 per person per session/Small group training (4/5 people)

*Note: Training clients who train at least two sessions per week with a trainer will receive Basic Membership Status in addition, for an extra $100.00, training clients can also receive 24 hour access privileges.

Family rates are ½ off the Select or Basic 12 month programs for any additional member living with you!
